Barbara Duffy is a business and nursing professional with 30+ years experience in nursing, specializing in home health care, hospice care, and case management. A long-time advocate for the elderly, disadvantaged, uninsured and victims of elder abuse, she has worked with bank trust departments, the public guardian’s office, senior protective services, probate courts, elder care and mental health attorneys, as well as the Illinois Department of Aging, to design care plans to ensure the safety and enhance the quality of life of each of her clients. Ms. Duffy has been the trusted referral of choice for physicians, attorneys, social service providers and bank trust administrators.

Dr. Anthony D. Capps is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He has a comprehensive background caring for patients of all ages. He manages his patients with a holistic approach, considering their physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Together with family and loved ones, Dr. Capps advocates for the patient’s best interests.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Wheaton College, Wheaton Illinois, 1975.
He completed his Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois, 1978. He completed his medical degree at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1987. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans in 1991.
Dr. Capps has practiced medicine both at home and abroad. Coupling his extensive knowledge with genuine consideration of patient’s rights and needs, Dr. Capps has campaigned for well-rounded health care within the comfort of the patient’s community.

Dr. Ashraf Abdelhamid is the founder of the Achieve Orthopedic Rehab Institute. He posesses over 16 years clinical experience in geriatric and orthopedic care and is available to initiate or continue rehabilitation services in the privacy of your own home.
