Barbara Duffy is a business and nursing professional with 30+ years experience in nursing, specializing in home health care, hospice care, and case management. A long-time advocate for the elderly, disadvantaged, uninsured and victims of elder abuse, she has worked with bank trust departments, the public guardian’s office, senior protective services, probate courts, elder care and mental health attorneys, as well as the Illinois Department of Aging, to design care plans to ensure the safety and enhance the quality of life of each of her clients. Ms. Duffy has been the trusted referral of choice for physicians, attorneys, social service providers and bank trust administrators.

Anthony D. Capps, DO, MS
Dr. Anthony D. Capps is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He has a comprehensive background caring for patients of all ages. He manages his patients with a holistic approach, considering their physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Together with family and loved ones, Dr. Capps advocates for the patient’s best interests.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Wheaton College, Wheaton Illinois, 1975.
He completed his Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois, 1978. He completed his medical degree at the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1987. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans in 1991.
Dr. Capps has practiced medicine both at home and abroad. Coupling his extensive knowledge with genuine consideration of patient’s rights and needs, Dr. Capps has campaigned for well-rounded health care within the comfort of the patient’s community.
Ashraf Abdelhamid, PT, MS, OCS
Dr. Ashraf Abdelhamid is the founder of the Achieve Orthopedic Rehab Institute. He posesses over 16 years clinical experience in geriatric and orthopedic care and is available to initiate or continue rehabilitation services in the privacy of your own home.

Ingrid Forsberg, MSN, APN-C
Ingrid Forsberg is Family Nurse Practitioner and Advanced Practice Nurse with over 40 years of experience in Public Health and Nursing Education. She is on the faculty of Rush University’s Master’s degree in Nursing program, and has been a member of Rush University’s Faculty Practice team for about a decade.
Ingrid has won multiple awards for her outstanding commitment to high-quality, evidenced-based nursing care, her extensive community care work, and her continuous pursuit of the highest quality of care.
She is a major proponent of Risk Assessment reform at the State level, and has contributed her extensive expertise to the development of new methods for evaluating patient lifestyle risks, and assessing Stages of Change in adolescent and adult populations. Her specialties include: Public Health, Risk Assessment, and Health Education.
Rosemary Kirlin, BSN, MSN
Rosemary Kirlin is our Co-Founder and Director of Nursing. She has 33 years of experience in Nursing, is a certified National Asthma Educator, and has worked extensively in virtually all aspects of nursing: direct patient care, patient education, licensing and Medicare.
She has received the Equality Star Award from Illinois Masonic Medical Center for her commitment to the highest standards of care-giving values, and was awarded the Erikson Senior Clinical Award for her outstanding clinical performance.
As Director of Nursing at DL Comprehensive Healthcare, Rosemary is our expert on Medicare and state licensing procedures, and her clinical experience is invaluable.
